My mission is to help people live their most vital lives

Did you know that through the combination of intentional physical movement and positive psychology, the science of happiness, you can lead a life full of positivity, purpose, vibrant health, mental agility, and joy? This is the foundation of my core beliefs, research, and life’s work. As a pioneer fitness leader, expert in the psychology of well-being and movement science, I have learned it’s possible to live a life at any age, filled with meaning, vitality, and appreciation. Your body can be a path to a better you.

I am one of the first 100 people worldwide to earn a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania under the direction of world renowned, Dr. Martin Seligman. “Marty”, has acknowledged that my work advances the role of the body and positive movement in helping people achieve flourishing mental health, physical fitness, and positivity.

After MAPP, I studied for my PhD in Human Movement Psychology from Temple University Kinesiology, earning my doctorate in 2015. My work serves people across fields such as medicine, health, education, coaching, fitness, performance, and business.

Through my professional speaking, writing, teaching, and fitness program design, I have led tens of thousands of people, and organizations, large and small, to move toward flourishing.
